The Receptionist is essentially the first and last impression ofURW to all of our vendors, retailers, and customers. They are responsible for greeting customers and tenants, answering and directing phone calls, and performing routine tasks including scheduling, filing, and other clerical duties.
a) Receives visitors and hosts them while directing them to the proper employee.
b) Answers phone calls and relays messages to appropriate employee.
c) Performs various clerical and typing duties for office staff, including tasks related to the workload to assist the center Administrative Assistants and Management Team
d) Maintains a clean and inviting atmosphere to the reception area, greeting guests and making them feel comfortable.
e) Manages conference rooms and ensures a hospitable environment for hosting meetings.
f) May assist other mall departments when necessary, such as monitoring security radio transmissions.
g) Handles incoming mail and sorts for delivery to office staff.
h) Provides clerical, secretarial backup in the absence of other secretarial staff including center secretary ex. Data entry, maintaining logs and filing systems
i) Provides world class service to visitors
a) Must be skilled with most PC (word processing and spreadsheet) applications.
b) Have a positive attitude and be a team player.
c) Experience dealing with the public in a service or hospitality environment preferred.
