What will this person do? This person will serve as the first technical point of contact for the client's customers from the State, District, and School levels. This position is responsible for providing professional, high level customer service, by delivering technical information and instruction to resolve issues related to test administration, reports, client specific testing policy, personal computers and networks that relate to the client applications.
