Seeking an Experienced Automotive Receptionist/ Service Appointment Coordinator to join our team.
The Coordinator focuses on handling all inbound calls to our dealer.
The Coordinator acts as the essential communications link between the customer and the dealership.
- Answer multi-line telephone system, determine caller's needs and route to the appropriate department.
On average, we handle 10k-12k incoming calls a month.
- Greet visitors, determine their needs and contact the appropriate department.
- Scanning and entering data into a variety of computer systems.
- Assist various departments with special projects as needed.
- Assisting in increasing the service traffic of the dealer by scheduling solid service appointments.
Qualifications and Skills: Previous Automotive Experience is a plus!
