Provide daily administrative support and problem-solving assistance to management and/or staff. Monday through Friday (20 hours per week).Assignment ends June 2019.
. Answer incoming and perform outgoing phone calls in a professional and courteous manner for department.
. Input and verify data.
. Communicate with divisions and stores to furnish or obtain information concerning various issues.
. Meet deadlines in a multi-task environment.
. Provide backup to other administrative support.
. Run and distribute reports as needed.
. Maintain department compliance on initiatives as appropriate.
. Assist in the coordination of department activities as needed.
. Corporate office administrative assistant experience preferred.
. Interest in Corporate Social Responsibility
Education/skillset Requirements: High School Diploma or GED. Strong written and oral communication. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Must be organized and detail orientated. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Word, PowerPoint, Outlook. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables). Able to handle routine tasks and resolve issues with a high level of independence and initiative. Able to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately. Able to interact and work with all levels of the organization.
