About The Job We are looking for the right person to help the firm, Partners and staff to perform at a high level while building trust in the marketplace. You provide support to the Firm by ensuring that Partners and staff have access to the most recent and accurate data for our clients. Among the essentials of the position, we are looking for someone who provides professional administrative support. Your duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Data gathering and entry
Document scanning to electronic database
Assisting Partners and staff with additional projects (updating excel spreadsheets)

Key Success Factors/Qualifications for the Individual in this Role:
2years of Administrative or Front Desk experience
Preference will be given to those who have worked in the Professional Service industry (i.e. CPA firm or Legal)
Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently
Strong attention to detail
Self-motivated, confident, energetic, and positive
Advanced computer skills and use of MS Office, specifically Excel
Ability to work overtime when needed, including weekends during busy season
Must be able to work in a fast paced, high-pressure, deadline driven environment
Ability to multitask and willing to take direction from multiple individuals
Ability to prioritize workload efficiently
