As the short term temporary Project Assistant, you will work in Greenwood Village, Colorado. How you will make an impact - Handling the analysis of data, development of reports, proofreading and editing of documents, and preparation of presentations - Documenting meetings and keeping records of assignments and progress - Help out project teams by providing administrative, technical and clerical support - Making travel and accommodation arrangements for training seminars, conferences and other project related events - Ensuring documents are complete, requesting additional information as needed - Using online resources to research information - Providing support to Project Managers by organizing team meetings and communication per project specifications in order to maintain project deliverable schedules - Distributing project information to key partners
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite software - Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook - Microsoft Project, JIRA, Mavenlink, and NetSuite is desired - At least 1 year of business/office experience - High school diploma or equivalent; BA/BS degree in business, communications, or related field preferred - Wide ranging experience with proofreading - Data entry experience - General familiarity with Microsoft Office - Well-founded grasp of Microsoft Excel - navigating basic office equipment and protocols experience preferred - Experience with documentation - Practical knowledge of order entry - Good understanding of scanning - Strong familiarity with customer service - Quality experience with projects - Earlier work involving research - Proven knowledge of editing - Previous experience working with typing 45 - 60 words per minute - Solid understanding of working as an assistant - Proven flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments - Great attention to detail - Knowledge of database and file management - Ability to multitask and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds
