The Front Desk Coordinator will be seated in the lobby, and will be responsible for: - Greeting visitors - Welcoming visitors in a professional demeanor - Answering and transferring calls - Taking messages - Receiving and distributing mail and packages Issuing badges Providing additional administrative support as requested.
