Concord client is in need of temporary support at the front desk. The Front Desk/Office Services Assistant provides support duties to the organization as needed. Distributes incoming mail and prepares outgoing mail for shipping. Performs receptionist and administrative services by copying documents, ordering office and kitchen supplies. This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong problem solving skills and the ability to prioritize. The employee must know when to ask for guidance and/or assistance. Must demonstrate a strong commitment to guests, providers internal staff. Focused attention to detail and is able to learn processes quickly and remain organized. Duties and Responsibilities: Provides a full range of administrative, clerical and office support including, but not limited to: ? Sort and route incoming mail and collect and deliver outgoing mail for corporate staff members. ? Prepare and coordinate outgoing mail, faxes, and express packages when requested. ? Assume receptionist duties, greet visitors and refer them to appropriate staff members, answer phones, route calls, and take messages. ? Coordinate with other administrative personnel. Will perform other related duties assigned. ? Assist with administrative duties and perform photocopying and other production services as requested. ? Maintain excellent customer relations with internal and external contacts. ? Responds to all communications in a timely professional manner. ? Assists with other tasks as assigned. ? Attends and participates in All Hands staff meetings. ? Will maintain Provider distribution lists under the guidance of the Director of Recruiting. ? Will be the Outlook Contacts Administrator. Responsible for updating removing individual provider contact cards, adding/removing new as well as terminated sites, updating addresses etc. ? Create new Provider boxes to mail out. Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with staff and vendors. ? Expert level written and verbal communication skills. ?
