REQUIREMENTS Prior experience working in a Customer Service or Call Center environment Retail Customer Service experience also a plus! Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication skills Capability of working a fast-paced environment and ability of multitasking Must be a dependable AND reliable individual!
