Growing firm located in Bensalem, PA is seeking administrative help for immediate need.
This position is responsible for answering phones within a fast paced environment and transferring to the appropriate personnel. Scheduling and confirming appointments, entering sales notes into database. Will maintain inventory of sales support brochures and literature. Send out letters and correspondence and contributing to other Sales, Marketing and Administrative deparments.
Monday - Thursday
9-4pm (6hr days)
Candidate should have previous administrative experience along with customer service skills.
must have knowledge or MS Office
Temporary with potential to become perm.
Salary based on experience skills.
