**Club Car Engineering**
The EngineeringAdministrative Professional will enhance the effectiveness of the EngineeringVP and other members of the engineering leadership team by providinginformation management support and by representing the leadership team toothers\\. The ideal individual will havethe ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strongwritten and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills,and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities\\. TheExecutive Assistant will have the ability to work independently on projects,from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at timesto handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters withdiscretion\\.
?Completesa broad variety of administrative tasks for the Engineering VP including: managing an extremely active calendar ofappointments, completing expense reports, composing and preparingcorrespondence that is sometimes confidential, and arranging complex anddetailed travel plans/itineraries/agendas
?ConservesEngineering VP's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence;drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information;initiating telecommunications\\.
?Plans,coordinates, and ensures the VP's schedule is followed and respected\\. Provides both a \"gatekeeper\" and a \"gateway\"role to allow easy and organized access between the VP and his staff and otheremployees\\.
?Providesas bridge for smooth communication between the VP's office and internaldepartments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust andsupport with senior management staff\\.
?Welcomeguests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone\\. Directly answer or direct inquires to others\\.

?Leadadministrative duties for the onboarding of new hires, co\\-ops/interns, and ADP's\\. Schedule training, 30/60/90 day reviews, etc\\.
?Manage/maintainbusiness cards, organization chart updates, seating charts, distribution lists,birthday/anniversary lists\\.
?Administerdepartment procurement card including order placement, receipt tracking, billreconciliation, and order approvals\\.
?Maintainsoffice supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level;anticipating needed supplies; evaluating new office products; placing andexpediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies\\. Maintain organized supply inventory\\.
?ManagePPE, distribute mail, manage maintenance of general office equipment,
?Attendstaff meeting, take meeting notes
?Managehousekeeping in the building, handle various housekeeping requests, issues
?Createand submit plant engineering requests as required
?5\\-10yrs Administrative Professional experience
