Main responsibility will be to provide and/or oversee the provision of overall administrative support for the Field Support department. Share the function of telephone receptionist with other administrative staff. Provides necessary administrative support as required.

Verify for accuracy.Maintain machine files - construct files per specification sheet, bill of material, prints, etc. are available during the machine manufacture process.Send outgoing messages, receive and deliver incoming messages.Prepare letters, shipping paperwork, and deliver material to shipping department.Recommend and implement new procedures and equipment to enhance the team's ability to support the department.Responsible for complying with all safety policies and procedures.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- Associate degree in a clerical or administrative program or 3 years related experience.
- Requires good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft office software, personal computers, copiers, fax machines, phone switchboard, laminator, and reproduction equipment.
- Working knowledge of Douglas Machine's Systems and Equipment is preferred.
