Data Systems Analysts, Inc. is searching for an Administrative Assistant Job Requirements: - Assists in overall management of the program for project cost, personnel, planning, scheduling, quality control, direction, contract management/administration, and coordination necessary to ensure effective contract performance - Tracks and updates all training requirements of personnel - Prepares and coordinates contract deliverables - Plans, forecasts, initiates and coordinates employee travel - Assists in completion, submittal, and approving of employee's time accounting - Drafts and coordinates program meetings and minutes - Assists with forecasting and correcting financial reporting - Aids in personnel tracking and reporting requirements - In/out-processing new employee verifying I-9 and Citizenship verification Required Skills: - Must have at least 5 years' experience in office administration - Expert in Microsoft Office and Project applications Desired Skills: - Organized - Multi- tasked - Knowledge of Army organization - Budgeting experience Required/Desired Education & Certifications: - HS Diploma
