Join the team as a Project Administrative Support Specialist that implements Oracle Contract Lifecycle Management for Public Sector (CLM), web-based ERP contract management solution, for agencies across the Government.
What Youll Get to Do:
As the Project Administrative Support Specialist you will work as a member of CACIs Program Management Office and will be responsible for administrative tasks associated with day-to-day management of the program including project scheduling, travel subcontracting management, and associated coordination to program leadership. Duties include: Perform analysis of program activities using spreadsheets, databases and other tools, and report on or make recommendations based on analysis Track and monitor action items for successful completion using SharePoint or similar tool Plan and execute special project assignments to include task definition, scheduling, resource allocation, progress monitoring and reporting Communicate policies, SOPs, and business goals of the organization Support the planning and coordination of office activities including the scheduling of meetings and preparation of briefings/presentations Coordinate project schedules, including participation in meetings; documentation and distribution of minutes and action items; and tracing action items for their successful completion Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly and monthly management plans and reports Support tasks requiring the collecting, compiling, evaluating and publishing of information and statistical data included in documents, records, forms, reports, plans, policies and regulations Support travel reservations and management for team members Manage subcontracting process including recording of subcontract actions and invoices Provide support such as editing of word processing and other computer-based documents; integration of various sources into a cohesive product which may be delivered as computer-based magnetic media; preparation of graphical and narrative presentation material Perform administrative functions such as email and memo correspondence, schedule appointments, organize and maintain paper and electronic files, and providing information, requiring broad experience, skill, and knowledge of organizational policies, practices, and procedures Support on/off-boarding resources and facility requirements
Youll Bring these Qualifications: US Citizen 3+ Years experience and HS Degree Secret Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance Proficiency in office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
