Ascendo Resources is working with one of our favorite clients in the Pompano Beach area that is in need of an administrative assistant. We are looking for a jack-of-all trades in this role. It will be a receptionist/administrative role that will have to interface with clients. This will be a contract to hire role so, if everything goes well with you and this company, you will be turned into a permanent employee. Below is a description on the ideal candidate for this opportunity.
Handle Inbound/Outbound calls
Accurately record information provided by internal and external customers ensuring that the required quality standards are maintained
Channel feedback from customers through to correct departments
Process customer orders quickly and accurately
Responsible for escalating complaints to your Team Leader or Manager where appropriate
Building strong working relationships with business teams and customers
Respond to customer requests in a timely manner with high quality
MUST BE BILINGUAL (Spanish/English)
Must be bilingual in Spanish/English
MS Office proficient
