Looking for an Administrative Assistant for Construction Company

Job Duties:

  • Full Time Office Assistant will be performing general administrative duties including
  • Copying, scanning, and filing
  • Scheduling meetings
  • Collecting receipts
  • Shipping packages,
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Laminating documents
  • Other clerical duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of administrative support experience
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Bilingual (preferred)

Job Hours

  • 7:00am-3:30pm (overtime maybe required)

Location: San Bernardino
