We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join a growing team in Deerfield!
Process 90+ email and fax contracts per day
Adherence to schedule while executing high quality work
Provide clerical support including matching incoming mail/faxes to claim files, new claim set up based on documents received through mail, e-mail, and fax, and ordering inspections
Hours: Monday- Friday: 8am-5pm
Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
Must possess good computer skills including but not limited to Word and Excel.
Must have the ability to work independently when necessary.
Must be able to organize, prioritize and multi task within a fast paced team environment.
Good communication skills both oral and written.
Regular contact with adjusting staff, management and outside customers.
Prior experience in the automobile industry or exposure to insurance claims is a plus.
